Victoria Bell Creative

Hi, I am Victoria. I am an artist and chinoiserie connoisseur. I want to help you turn your life‘s most precious and storied events into bespoke, whimsical visual delights and keepsakes. I’ve cultivated an elevated, signature style using bold, bright colors and eclectic, whimsical themes. 

Watercolors and design are truly my passion. My bespoke studio boasts imaginative pattern play with tongue-in-cheek attitude. 

I earned a degree in Art History and Archaeology from the University of Maryland (Go Terps!) and originally hail from Washington, D.C. 

I currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah with my husband, Tyson and our rescue dog Briar.
